add to your assistant profile.

approximate location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower data) to assist with location-based features or
suggestions. You can disable location services through your device settings at any time.
2. How We Use Your Information

dating assistant experience:
- To Provide and Maintain the App: To create your account and operate the App's features
(like profile management, message suggestions, match organization), and provide customer support.

preferences and dating activities. We use Large Language Models (LLMs) to help generate suggestions and
assistance within the app based on the information you provide.
- To Improve the App: To understand how users interact with the App, identify areas for
improvement, develop new features, and perform analytics and research.
- To Communicate With You: To send you service-related notifications, updates, security
alerts, and support messages.
- For Security and Safety: To detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and other harmful
activities; to enforce our terms of service; and to comply with legal obligations.

We understand the sensitivity of your data and limit sharing to the following circumstances:
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with vendors and
service providers who perform services on our behalf. These include:
- Cloud Hosting: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to host our App's data and
infrastructure.
- Analytics & Crash Reporting: Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase
Crashlytics to understand app usage and identify & fix issues.
These providers are obligated to protect your data and can only use it for the purposes we specify.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe it's required by
law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our terms and policies; to protect
the security or integrity of our services; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our
users, or others.
- In Case of Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing,
reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be
transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our

you grant the App through your device's settings.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with

enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we will take steps to delete it or

Our App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from
someone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent (where required by law, though our
intent is 18+), we will take steps to remove that information.
